Less is More

Good Evening, my card to share today is for the Less is More Challenge which asks for Acetate.  My butterfly was printed from a Crafter's Companion Oriental cd, onto photo paper and also onto acetate and then double mounted.  I have used black pearls on the body of the butterfly, but they don't show up very clearly in the pic, the swirl is from a Creative Expressions unmounted sheet.  I have absolutely no idea where the sentiment stamp came from.  Reading it again now, I've decided it doesn't really go with the image, but it was a very, very quick card as I am off on holiday early on Wednesday and I wanted to enter this week's challenge, especially as I have missed the last two cos I wasn't very well.

Thank you for stopping by today and for any comments you may wish to leave.

CD Sunday

Good Morning, my card today is a Birthday Card for my best customer's BIL.  The image is from Joanna Sheen's Eastern Treasures CD, the bp is from Cuddly Buddly, the cuttlebugged piece is Coredinations, the sentiment computer generated and I have finished off with some Card Candy.  I am dead lucky because I made this card on Friday and this week the CD Sunday Challenge is to make a Birthday Card as they have been going for a year.  Is it me or is time speeding up!

I hope you like my card and thank you for stopping by.

A card for Lewis

Good Evening, my card today is the second twin card that I had to make.  Lewis has got Harry Potter on his card from Pixie Dust Studio.  The image has been coloured with Promarkers, the bp are CuddlyBuddly, the sentiment computer generated and I finished off with some Card Candy.

My card is for the Cooking it Up with Katie Challenge - 1 image, 2 patterned papers and 3 embellishments.

Been awol again!

Good Evening, my card to share today is for my daughter to give to a friend, the image and bp are all from Debbi Moore's Art Deco Paris Chic cd, I had a problem with the matting and layering and quite a lot of gold mirror card was sacrificed - luckily I get it cheap from ebay.  The ribbon and gems came from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated.  I am entering my card into the challenge at Crafts and Me, which this week is Ribbons.
